Well, if you follow what I posted you COULD make the assumption that it went from DHS to the CIA to fund their “off-book” operations. Where did the Awans get _their_ start-up money?
Maybe some of it helped Bezos buy the WaPo making the WaPo a CIA cut-out and Bezos a bought and paid-for CIA puppet.
