have you been paying attention to the court for the last 20 years?

He can exert all he wants and they will unexhert him, then what will he do.? He should declare up front, courts have no standing in emergencies and it will not stop his decision from being implemented.

Who enforces judicial decisions?

The executive branch.

Who heads the executive branch?

The President.

We know Trump loves Andrew Jackson, who was famous for saying, “The Chief Justice has made his ruling, now let him enforce it.”

The national emergency laws are very clear.

Not only can a judge not overturn or modify the declaration, it immediately becomes a separation of powers issue which the Supreme Court in the past has been very reluctant to interfere in.

If anyone has the guts to tell a Federal judge to sod off, it’s Trump.
