I have never heard of the little gizmos on the heels. That would really help on ice. To even think there would be something as that surprises me. ...10..below really shakes my mind. So glad to hear you're doing better. It seems patience is something we all need to live with especially nowadays...LOL

I used to have a sign by my desk, “Dear Lord, please give me patience, and I want it NOW!”. a friend gave it to me because patience was not one of my virtues. I’ve gotten better with age. :-)
