Definitely. Doesn’t sound much different than the serial murderer they caught in Tulare county, which our cabin was in. This happened recently about. The sheriff complained that they couldn’t turn this guy over the ICE because of the California sanctuary laws. So he got to go free and went on a crime spree and killed four people.

But it say he is detained, are they going to release him?
One of the murders was down the street from my friends daughter.
