I think the sealed "indictments" issue needs much more research and sorted out. It appears that it started with some misunderstanding about the nature of some of the sorts of things sealed. I still think it is a very dramatic issue yet to be revealed in all its seriousness. However, it's better to speak from solid truth vs misconstructions on reality.

"SEALED PROCEEDINGS" may be a lot more accurate.

@WMerthon on twitter purports a fairly thorough analysis of the whole issue & makes plenty of sobering points. I still think there is something very dramatic and unusual re the sealed "proceedings," regardless of what folks like @WMerthon assert.

But it may be some time before the solid stuff falls out of the ether's with any clarity.
