5. POTUS nominates persons to all the vacated positions and they get immediately confirmed by the senate (53-47).
6. The Democratic Party is destroyed irreparably.
NOW YOU KNOW THE PLAN
So, Mueller has figured this out. His simple solution is: "I will not issue any report, I will keep the investigation ongoing for as long as needed (until Trump is not longer POTUS).
That keeps the FISA stuff bottled up, or else Trump can release it anyway but the MSM will go nuts saying "Obstruction, obstruction" and Mueller may then file Obstruction charges, and we will be told ad-nauseam that there is precedent for impeaching over Obstruction of Justice, so the Impeachment will then have a fake-legitimate grounds. (Even CNN commentators are admitting that Mueller doesn't have the goods on Trump and that impeaching him for campaign finance violations would be so ridiculous that it would backfire.
So keep it going, keep the nasty declassification from happening with the ongoing threat of obstruction, run out the clock.
Now you know Mueller's plan. (Well, my guess about it.)
Of course it is Meuller’s Plan. Why did it take over a year to delay sentencing on Flynn? Because that will trigger the Plan. For some unknow reason, Trump doesn’t want to act.
But Muller is hopelessly conflicted. Who cares if he wants to call it obstruction? He doesn’t get to be judge, judy, and executioner! You can call a dead fish a rose by any other name but it still stinks! On ice!
