I think the sealed "indictments" issue needs much more research and sorted out. It appears that it started with some misunderstanding about the nature of some of the sorts of things sealed. I still think it is a very dramatic issue yet to be revealed in all its seriousness. However, it's better to speak from solid truth vs misconstructions on reality.

"SEALED PROCEEDINGS" may be a lot more accurate.

But it may be some time before the solid stuff falls out of the ether's with any clarity.

I'm inclined to acknowledge that there are a lot more of these in the past year+ than in prior years. I'm not a lawyer, can't get in to Pacer, and have no opinion on the meaning of this volume of court actions.

I'm just passing out updated info for those knowledgeable, interested or tracking.

Some sites (don’t know about this one in particular) are satire/totally fake. Sometimes they sprinkle in a little read stuff to trick people. Like The Onion but worse. Sometimes fine print will say something to that effect someplace on the website.
