a couple shots from my lunch outing yesterday. I have been spending a lot of time sleeping and with heating pad. Did get to urgent care last week for meds after the pneumonia diagnosis. Have taken Lucy out daily & fed my ferals and now and then a meal out but mostly just hanging low.

My brother, SIL and I met with my cousins and his dad our 95 year old uncle for lunch at Danny Boys an Italian Frank Sinatra themed restaurant in area

Uncle George is The last living of 14 parental siblings. He was my dads best friend. My dad died in 1990

Interesting the server who Have known for many years asked me after they left how much older my brother and wife are than me.... chuckle. I am 7.5 years older than brother and 13 years older than SIL. I don't think I look that young but I acknowledge the SIL just doesn't do anything to enhance. Dowdy clothes carried on probably 40 extra pounds on her 5'2" frame.. no makeup. very unflattering hairstyle. She has a great smile and is not unattractive just could do a little more... but that is her way and my brother although when they were first married hoped she would do makeup and hair but she was pretty firm. Just doesn't want the bother. Im too vain I guess.

thinking about you and your bout with pneumonia.. now girlfriend you didn’t really have to share with me, ya know... I think you were hit harder... my symptoms are heavy painful chest Lots of coughing. super bad headache and just tired, tired tired. Yesterday for my outing took a triple dose of cough suppressant. Didn’t help the chest pain or headache but at least I wasn’t coughing all over lunch.

So glad you are feeling better. Warm and happy lunch bunch is great medicine too
Always does wonders for the mind, body, and spirit. Looks like fun group for sure!

Wow! He also does not look his age. 95! I also am the youngest of 14 siblings. Glad you had fun.
