seems like a congresscritter can be arrested for darn near anything...with Breach of the Peace the catch all.

I guess its all up to whoever defines “Felony” and “Breach of the peace”! Whatever it is is probably “Not” in District of Columbia, but probably “Is” back in the home district.

I also suppose that if you are one of a pack of lawbreakers you don’t stand out as much. Zebras in a herd. Stay in DC, and hang with the other lawbreakers in Congress and you won’t be noticed.
