Many governments of the world feed the ‘Eye’.
I think Q was telling us that the three legs of the pyramid of power (with the eye at the pinnacle) were The House of Saud, the Rothsteins, and Soros.
They are down to two legs now (Rothsteins/Soros).
My understanding of Q is that the Catholic Church (Vatican) is a "captured" institution, to use Q parlance.
