Ill be playing Christmas music at my mothers piano during my family Christmas gathering tomorrow. Been practicing almost every day on my piano. Have a good stack of music to take with. Better not forget my piano glasses or I wont be able to read the music.
Merry Christmas

The Piano Glasses are CRITICAL!!! LOL! And favorite stacks of music! But more than that:
WE HAVE AN ACTUAL WILLING TO PLAY PIANIST IN THE QANTEEN!!!! WE now know who to beg for music when Chop Sticks gets to be too much!
Have a wonderful time at your gathering!
Thanks Texokie! The practice is essential. Dont want to have too many bad notes. When you play lots of songs, there are so many key changes. Last year I didnt bring music or glasses and many were disappointed. Maybe next year we will have Christmas here. My piano is awesome. Moms is the one I learned on and I thought it was nice. Until I played a Steinway. Couldnt afford one but found a wonderful quality circa 1919 baby grand 5 years ago that was meant to be mine. Little known name these days, a Schomacher. It turns 100 years old soon, looks new. Black satin finish and came with tufted leather duet bench thats really comfy.
Merry Christmas and a Trumpy New Year!
