DECLAS isn’t required to begin the arrests and trials. In fact I’d bet on it not happening until all is said and done.

DECLAS only informs the public. The trials will not be televised nor covered by the media so it’s not needed to begin everything.

I always enjoy your posts.

I think a lot gets buried in all the activity around here. We already know most of what’s in the DECLAS anyway.

When the trials begin we’ll see more McCain and GHWB events or they’ll simply disappear from public. We’ll know, most won’t.
