I’d like to believe that the action will start soon, however...
We may need to see DECLAS made public and a further softening of the “beachhead” of public opinion. Think artillery before an amphibious landing.
I can feel the tidal shift. But, the sheep may need to be brought gently to the light and that may take a little while longer.
What I suspect is a D5 of information and irrefutable proof coming after the New Year.

I’d forgotten about the D5/Declass element.
This post again illustrates why I love these Q threads so much! Someone makes a case on something, and I am completely won, and then someone contrasts it with a counter observation.... and I’m won again.... and am left with happily munching popcorn while it all sorts itself out..... and more data develops!

DECLAS isn’t required to begin the arrests and trials. In fact I’d bet on it not happening until all is said and done.
DECLAS only informs the public. The trials will not be televised nor covered by the media so it’s not needed to begin everything.
