........ Well ..... As long as the Flat Plate at the top remains in the design, I think it will be very difficult to scale. Without it though a person could scale the wall with a set of pole climbing equipment. ...... In the picture bellow, It appears that a skinny person could slip through the spaces between the slats. Of course this is more than likely an optical illusion. Especially since even US Special Forces commandos were unable to overcome the prototype design during testing

Someone could easily throw a long chain ladder or double rope ladder over that and climb up and then down the other side.

That design needs to be topped with razor wire to be effective.

Why can’t a rope with a big hook at the end be thrown up to catch on the top? I think the version with spikes is better.
