of course with matching concertina razor wire spooled along the top and 3 sets of coils on the bottom works nicely.
I remember in the omnibus the DEMs made sure to say that any funds for the wall couldn’t go to the designs that POTUS reviewed in SD; I think this was the one chosen that was actually first assembled elsewhere.
