I was reading some comments on other sites and someone suggested President Trump has the Demoncrats in a corner. If the Senate does NOT pass the wall funding bill, gov’t shuts down and that is when arrests can be made because they are not in Session. If they pass the bill, we get the Wall and get arrested later. Is this a possible scenario?

Could be likely but, even if the CR passes, congress will adjourn the 2018 session immediately after. That is a point, too, at which the arrests can be made.
Keep in mind that ^IF^ arrests are made, members of congress are Constitutionally protected from arrest as they travel between sessions.
Have you noticed that EVERY state and territory has indictments issued?
