Of course, you can’t outlive you genetic destiny.
On the other hand, I can’t do anything about it either.
But I can control how well I treat my body.
Yes. I had a heart attack last month, age 73. Have been eating healthy, and walked 4 miles a day. Cardio doc said that if I was not in good shape I , would not have survived. But he believes that history of my dad having heart attack at 65 was a possible factor. Recovering at home now.
