Actually they could be good for your heart depending on how you make them. At home, I use toasted sprouted grain English muffins with Kerrygold butter. In a skillet, I fry up two eggs and a couple slices of uncured bacon. Assemble the sandwich and add a thick slab of Swiss cheese.

Really good Egg McMuffin and good for your arteries too - seriously, I think this is the good stuff that clears you right out.

Not sure about the whole grains, but the others I agree with, most important coffee.

Lot’s of research coming out of the anti-cancer actions of coffee esp in women who have had breast CA and are taking Tamoxifin.

Doesn’t matter if it’s decaf. And the research compared with chocolate, tea and other caffeinated beverages. Something in coffee.

Better if you drink black, but you still get benefit with sugar and cream.

3 to 5 cups seem optimal.

Fish is questionable because I think it depends on where it comes from.

Have you noticed just about all our fish is coming out of Indonesia, Viet Nam and China? And reports are some if it is not the real thing.

I avoid all fish unless it’s USA caught wild. No farm stuff.
Yes, it’s more expensive, but there’s no comparison.

Avocados? Don’t know. Tumeric in small amounts might be good, certainly protects your food from bacterial growth.

I would add yogurt to the list.

Processed sugars should be avoided esp sodas.

Apple cider vinegar might be of benefit taken daily, and pickled garlic, besides being really tasty, may be good for you.
