speaking of anti-trust, I heard on the radio that Amazon is so PO’ed at Target for attempting to compete with them that they are going to try and acquire Target..

A friend of my son was so angry when they took over Whole Foods he cancelled his Amazon account——and he’s not even a Whole Foods shopper.
Might be an attempt to compete with Walmart on the store pick-up approach they have and Target just started.
Amazon has the better distribution, but Target has the better foot traffic/real estate.
Course Amazon could likely pickup Sears/K-mart locations cheaper - but the locations aren’t as nice. People are saying that it would be cheaper to buy a Sears tear it down and build new than to try and renovate one for a new use. Something like $100 to renovate, 40 to demolish and 40 to build new per square foot. Was in an article I read last week — see if I can find it.
