I watched the video on the Biden note because I wondered why he got a note but all the other notes went to the wives. Jill Biden opened her service folder and a note fell out which she picked up and then handed to Joe.

Unfortunately, I have to report that I have not done any kind of dive on Jill Biden.... although now I see she probably needs to be on the list. [Thanks for bringing her to my attention.]
I also have not seen the clip with Jill getting the envelope.
