I think my earlier speculation about Mueller can be extended to Gen. Flynn; both have been recalled to active duty for a specific outcome.
I’ll leave it at that except to say, the outcomes are diametric.
I thought judge was appointed to this position by Clinton? Was he appointed first (to another position) appointed by Reagan?

When is case is resolved/sentenced, he will be free, and his case will turn into a prosecutorial misconduct case.

Sullivan knows Flynn is not guilty and was set up, but he learned yesterday that Mueller will go after Flynn for FARA violations that are committed by hundreds of others if he scraps the plea deal. So Sullivan pushed off sentencing for 90 days in the hopes Mueller will be done by then and Flynn can walk. If Mueller is not wrapped up by March look for another extension.

I think if the President asked all the people who attended his rallies to contribute to funds for a wall he could raise the remaining $3.4 billion in short order.
