He would have been allowed in a conceivable case, Sacramental confession covers forgiveness of sins and he would have had to have a valid marriage exchange of vows.

The reason why suicide is very bad is it ends a person’s chance to repent and change their heart in this life. The bible is littered with examples of repentance and how it is supremely important.

Not per Roman Catholicism....they would have had to remain abstinent so as not to "commit adultery".

The hyjinks Rome goes to in their dogmas.
