Unlike some of you I do not live on these threads or on the internet. I do many other things in my life.

I did not avoid this question or the issue of the carriers (wrong, it was NOT 4 carriers!), I comment in my own time and at my own pace, as does virtually anyone on here. You cannot reasonably infer anything from a lack of instant response except that a person (1) may not be online, (2) may not be on FR, (3) may not have seen your comment, or (4) may have seen your comment but may have more interesting or important things to attend to.

Anyway, everyone who has actually followed these matters knows that IG Horowitz recommended that the DOJ consider charging McCabe. This has been known since April. DOJ having a Grand Jury consider the matter may or may not turn it into an actual prosecution. As your own linked article says,

"While this seems like a good next step, we are still skeptical that anything will come of it as Democrats and government bureaucrats seem immune from the consequences of their actions."

Did you not read that far in the article???? It is now mid-December and (so far) there is no indication that McCabe will be charged.... of course it is still possible, and hope springs eternal for some, but to date we have seen no prosecutorial ACTION against McCabe.

So if the mccabe grand jury has been known since April surely you can find a link to an article about it that dates before Sept 2018

And not the IG report from April that says “he should testify before a grand jury” one that say he actually has been brought before a grand jury, and seeing as Horowitz isn’t a prosecutor and can only recommend a grand jury you still haven’t answered.

We need to know if McCabe is telling the truth about direct political pressure to help the Clintons. If he is, we need to know who told the DOJ official to make that call. That explanation needs to be under oath before a grand jury, since it smells a lot like obstruction of justice and may involve his bosses.

Somebody’s lying here, and maybe more than one person. All these players are, or were, high-ranking officials at the FBI and DOJ. All of them ought to explain themselves before a grand jury. Since those proceedings are secret and indictments take time, we need public reports, and soon, from Horowitz’s office about these allegations
