Ok. So what would a transmission “saying” 3.10753412172 mean to you? litehaus actually wrote 3.14..., not 3.10.... 3.14 is of course pi, the ratio of a circle's diameter to its circumference.
In any case, if we received ANY numbers from outer space it would obviously be a major event.
