Back to the secrecy issue.

Secrecy--requires a robust measure of privacy.

At this point in history, there's considerable evidence that there IS NO PRIVACY. Not for anyone. Period.

There is purported technology that--if one has the coordinates in space and time, one can call up a holographic video of what went on/is going on at those coordinates in space and time.

There's other tech that evidently supports literal mind-reading--the question is--from what kind of distance.

Depending on how true such claims are--secrecy laws are unmitigated nonsense. Any nation with any level of high tech science will likely have access to such technologies.

Do you understand the implications of that? That's the stuff of high sci-fi.
