Q is referring, I think to HIS "drops" on D5, and Huber, and the dates and content of them. From the beginning.
I think D5 was the designated date since the inception of the plan (after the mid-terms/Senate was the target).
Now the derps have disrupted that date, with the dead President card. What are the odds of that?
