Then we would not have to worry about hiding our stuff, or pay stupid taxes to hire millions of police and house millions of criminals.

Any crime of violence (rape, robbery, attempted murder, murder) - death. You get your trial, you get an automatic appeal where the case is immediately reviewed, and you get executed in 30 days.
