Whenever people continue to praise theories that have been tried and failed, they say that the previous leaders “just didn’t do it right”. This applies to communism and socialism as well as educational theories like open space classrooms and self paced learning. These theories work occasionally in a very small setting like a convent, family or home schooling. They definitely do not work for large populations.
Do we have those cannons all over the country or do the same ones get shipped around? Maybe the 21 gun salute could be from rifles.
