Help me out, FReeQs. Why would this be an invitation? I don’t see it. I think it would make sending them to the grand jury look like a political retaliation. I’m not arguing, just trying to understand why the optics would be as Feldman claims. So if someone else gets it and can explain to me, please do.

If Feldman is correct about this, then it would make sense that Trump is just egging them on and encouraging them to impeach. It would make sense to have allowed the House to go D and to be egging the Ds on to put NP back as Speaker.

Trump egging the evildoer DIMRATS on would certainly be within his style, typical strategies etc. I think it COULD set the RATS up for a much more dramatic, harder, more shattering fall--maybe a more complete (in numbers & finality) fall.

And, he has certainly NOT been averse to high stakes poker, 5D chess etc. And, he holds his cards close to his chest. He is NOT the most predictable leader we've ever seen.

No big puzzle, there... To me it indicates that Trump is planning to nominate one of the Senators or Congressmen who are retiring in January for AG. If they are still doing great work in their present committee positions -- why deprive your administration of their contributions while we're still in power in the House?

Think long-term strategy. I don't expect a new AG until the new Congressional term starts.

(FWIW, I smell a whiff of lingering "Sessions Syndrome" -- even here on the "Trust the Plan" group...)

What's the big rush?

Remember, a 4-D chess-player businessman and top military strategy planners are in control of the plan...
