Hannity and a guest went on and on and on and on about some teacher who told a bunch of young kids (first grade?) that Santa wasn’t real. Then they kept on saying that Santa is real. Of course Santa is real. On and on and on.
The whole thing seemed very odd to me. As if they were trying to send some sort of message. Or else they had no story and were blathering on to fill up the air time.
FTR, I don’t believe in lying to kids except in extraordinary circumstances. But I definitely don’t think it is any of the teacher’s business to tell them this. It should be up to the parents.
