I think your logic about the precision comment by Trump is great.

I just don't think he would have bothered making a public comment about that without there being greater meaning behind it than his mere appreciation of military precision.

Making such an idle public comment without a purpose as part of THE PLAN--would have--welllll--been toooo IMPRECISE.
