I saw that Urban is leaving. I think the staff can carry on without him. I think his cyst issue is probably a bigger problem than he’s let on.
Ryan Day has been signed to a five year deal to take over Urban’s role. Day filled-in during the three game suspension. He also coached up Duane Haskins the QB.
