With all the dollars being spent, it seems we will have an Island prison for many years. Alcatraz had the wives and children of the officers there, so perhaps that is what is planned?
In addition, there is going to be a hospital constructed, IIRC.

To be honest, in my optimistic faith I hoped the hospital was an indicater of the coming need to provide simple care for aging derps serving life without parole. You know, the lower level derps who need removal from society forever but not assigned a noose.
I much prefer the notion you seem to be espousing. Save tax $$$, death penalty for all, provide medical care for our service members and families. If I understand you correctly.
As granny to several whose dads have been deployed, I'm not having as much trouble considering my tax $$$ at work keeping families from being separated or providing schooling and medical care for them. Would be nice if that EO would abscond with enough dollars from Soros, CF, Rothchilds etc. to cover those costs tho.
