Picture of tree seems to be taken from outside a glass wall...the lamps’ shades are reflected in it.
Also, photo is taken at a slight angle to reveal that red “something” and white bar of light in the hallway to the left. Can’t make out the red blob... white vertical bar could be a window in an office door. Someone up late at night at work, working on hiding something?
I’m also wondering if the real focus is the building outside the room’s window, across the street.

Looks like commercial off building, lights outside are not same as on tree so not reflection on glass, other outside lights diff pattern of stringing.

To me it looks like we are viewing the back side of a large Christmas tree in a lobby, with the entry doors to the hotel or building opposite from where the picture was taken.
Can it be one of the governmental headquarters, or a hotel where something happened.
To me the message seems to be a warning.
