Is that the exemption from property taxes, or something else? Monies collected or donated?

Seems as though a lot of churches are seriously $$$$ oriented these days, look at the religious affiliated groups that make huge bucks with illegals pouring in! All of that needs to stop.

Add to that general cultural/societal rot and religious people being afraid to say anything that won't be popular, or they get infected themselves. Perv ministers and all that.

501C3 is the section of the IRS code that governs the rules for non-profit organizations. Political lobbying etc. not permitted.

I agree with the other factors you mentioned too.
