There are a number of errors in that VOAT paper. The most obvious being that Mueller delivered a uranium sample to the Ukraine with full diplomatic knowledge.
The note this was drawn from was Russian and was a diplomatic heads up to the transportation of the EU in the vicinity of Russia.

Thanks for the heads-up. As I said in my OP I hadn’t vetted it yet.
Anon did have it this morn on q/res and I had opened a tab to look at it later, which never happened, and interested in snooping around VOAT because I hadn’t spent any time over there, and it’s still an unknown for me.
