Ageed. The scale of Arnold compared to the Papad’s is off a little. Also, Arnold is not looking at the camera as the other two are. He is focused on a spot to his right.

As I previously said, I'm certainly no expert, and it may very well be that the photo is genuine. I'm just reporting my reaction to it. To my eye, it just seemed "off" somehow.
I can't imagine the different scenarios that would account for that tweet - whether genuine or not - nor the motivations which could be at play. It just seemed so strange all the way around....and while Arnold has a large head, he really doesn't seem to my eye to have an extra large head compared to his wife and some other people seen in group shots. Just a very strange situation.
