I officially retract my previous post and confess openly that I totally misread the original post that took me into the rabbit hole. Must be time to go to bed.

LOLOLOL!
I understand that very well! I think I’m in a similar condition!
Been getting caught up with reading some of the recent articles by neonrevolt. I’ve found that often times the people who reply to him are really great anons and bring goodies to us in their comments. Here is one such:

Again you outdid yourself, Neon. Good work, sir.
Two thoughts I had, well one thought and something I stumbled upon online.
First, from my military background and a reminder of it from a redpilled veteran friend. D5 in the military is often read as D+5, meaning 5 days after the initial assault. As you can probably tell Im gun shy about predicted exact dates from Q drops. 11.11.18 is proof of what can happen. Im also sensible enough that it would be foolish for Q to tell us exact dates since we arent the only ones reading his drops.
Second, one the same subject I stumbled across this site. I know nothing about the credibility or lack there of, the title of the article caught my eye:
Articles title and link:
Its Happening Right Now! D5 5.5; Military Operations In California
http://ourguy.org/its-happening-right-now-d5-5-5-military-operations-in-california/
Quotes from the article:
Governor Brown Announces Federal Approval of Presidential Major Disaster Declaration.
Directive 5 speaks of the responsibilities of the military operation during major disaster declarations. Section 5.5 of Directive 5 states: The Director, National Security Agency/Chief, Central Security Service (DIRNSA/CHCSS) shall establish appropriate guidance for the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS)
Stafford Act Title V enables
DODD 5525.5
Directive 5 5.5
D5 5.5
In short, The military and NSA are required to operate in major disaster declarations. Enclosure 2 goes on to state that all intel gathered that may be criminal in nature must be turned over to local authorities for prosecution of the criminal activities.
