What strikes me here: this side of Boobamba is being exposed for the first time.  We never really saw him truly out there (teleprompter naked) carrying a narrative, speaking off-the-cuff. But seeing it, you recognize how poorly he performs at doing that.  Imagine the cabinet meetings where people would listen to this drivel and just grin and smile at the right times like doting sycophants.
