Ya, here's my take on that article. It sounds like the FBI had a GREAT case already worked up on the Clinton Foundation, and at some point, it got squashed.

The good part is, the article describes a year long investigation with numerous interviews and boocoo evidence.

[RR] couldn't have burned it all (or could he?). Couldn't have permenantly shut up all those investigating agents (or could he?).

So the likelihood that Huber/Horowitz got their mitts on that case file are large. Maybe our man Huber will speak to the subject on D5?

Clinton Foundation was specifically mentioned as part of the subject matter of his testimony, yes?

Given some of Mark Taylor’s assertions and IMPRESSIONS, I’ve long suspected that Justice Kennedy was likely one of the Justices to have to step down for corruption or some such criminality. May it happen in a timely and constructive way.

I'm still solidly in the camp for Sessions. Over the course of these months we've studied on these many topics there was some discussion of what exactly ol' Jeff was recused from. I seem to recall it wasn't quite as much as the general population thought. Maybe the Silent Executioner was spending all that sleepy nap time solidifying this case against the whole Clinton clan, with the exception of FISA. There is so much dirt on those people that even most of us can't begin to list the things we've dug up. It's not all FISA related. It would take a lot of time and manpower to build the case to cover half of their shenanigans. Enter Rudy Giuliani too. Plus time to get clean courts or military tribunals in place.

For me the 2 most interesting items are:
a. Discussion on D’s in the killbox [D]ec 5 from Q drop 2494 suggesting where the Huber investigation may lead.
b. Discussion of Ds being forced to resign. It includes anon’s interpretation of “DECLASS brings down the house” meaning that a number of Ds will be forced to resign in the house.

I am optimistic about a but don’t buy the extent of b as presented. I do want to correct one glaring mistake in the article. Neon Revolt notes that “most of the Ds just elected (or reelected)) are never going to be able to take their oath of office.” I doubt there any first time elected representatives who will be caught up in the Huber investigation. Neon references voter fraud report that will be coming out Dec 22 (I have seen some people mention Dec 21). Even so, fraud investigations will take time - certainly not any where close to Jan 3 or so when they take office.
