Given some of Mark Taylor’s assertions and IMPRESSIONS, I’ve long suspected that Justice Kennedy was likely one of the Justices to have to step down for corruption or some such criminality. May it happen in a timely and constructive way.
Doesn’t Mark Taylor say “1 will die, 1 will retire, and 3 will be shaken”. I thought Kennedy was the one who retired.
But then again, he also said we may never know about the 3 who will be shaken because they could just say they are retiring and we wouldn’t know it was because of corruption.
