I used to feel sorry for Monica. She was only 21 and he was the most powerful man in the world. But if she had told the truth from the beginning, her life would have been very different. Telling the truth would have gained her a modicum of respect from many and yes scorn, from the other half. She was young and the Leftists pushed her to lie. Now, one of the more revealing statements of this affair came when Anita Hill was asked about Clinton. She was on the Today Show in 1998 and her response was ‘well, you really have to consider his voting record’. WHAT??? He can be excused because he is a LIB? And that attitude extends to today.
What has always amazed by about the whole Lewinsky story is how passive her parents were about the whole thing. I don’t remember any statements from them, I know they are strong Rat activists. Is that what being a Rat activist does to your thinking about your children. Allowing King Slick his “droit du seigneur” on your daughter.
