The main question is, in what counties did the majority of overvotes occur, and did they follow a pattern for the same three races. If so, it would seem that someone has been busy with a marker. What also is interesting is, if they find ballots where only the races were marked, but the Judicial retention questions and the 12 Florida Constitution Amendments were not marked. This would indicate ballots created after the election.
