I’ve been watching these developments in the Vatican too. The sifting of the wheat cannot come soon enough. I’ve ignored the “Pastoral Services Appeal” this year. It doesn’t feel right.
For too long American bishops have run amok. Our prior bishop decided we would only kneel once at Mass, during the consecration. It felt terrible. A year later, our new bishop returned a second period of kneeling to us. He has also asked all parishes to say the prayer to St. Michael at the conclusion of every Mass. A small ray of hope that our good priests are aware of the battle raging in the Church.

Very interesting to me. The California fires accomplish:
-Devaluation of land in central CA, long held by farm families.
-Emergency funds pour in to CA’s empty coffers.
-Little oversight because destruction is so overwhelming.
-Destruction of records/evidence in decimated communities.
-Preoccupation for many conservatives as their communities try to recover.
-Murder of inconvenient people.
-Cover for perpetrators who need to “disappear.”
Over 60 people dead and 600 missing. Something needs to be done or it will just be too late to save California, one of the major economies in the US.

POTUS quiet on the Twitter front yet again this morning.
Today, a Friday, feels like the day for at least some of his admin staffing shakeup. Arguably next week, with the holiday, would let it slip by with less attention—it could seem more Grinchy done at Thanksgiving directly.
FWIW Dilley reported from a “source named Trump” IIRC (probably Don Jr) that POTUS is steamed about the brazen election theft and has been heard saying the D’s are F’d. And for the first time in some time, rethinking their approach, though still committed to roll the criminals up in the right way, rather in an approach that is compromised due to haste.

If Assange testifies, it would likely reveal a whole lot of stuff such as Seth Rich giving him all the DNC stuff, etc, I assume.
I don't think he's one to wait patiently to do the right thing if there IS a faster, better way.
He does, however, seem keenly aware of the supreme priority to achieve his goals in a way that leaves them lastingly secure for a good long time. He doesn't want a new arising Obummer or Shrillery to be able to sabotage them--and certainly not easily.
I think Dilley also articulated well the business of the very very limited available truly functional and effective options--i.e. TRUMP--PERIOD.
I think Trump cares a lot more how he's perceived than Dilley does. While I think Trump HAS to pay some attention to such issues--I think he and his goals could profit from more of Dilley's attitude and stance--i.e. ignorant, traitorous, stupid, childish, super impatient fit-throwing low information, low IQ folks can go jump off a cliff . . . or follow Dilley's exhortations.
Depends who’s asking the questions.
