More than 30 years in the making, this new version of Mrs. Clinton, when she runs for president in 2020, will come full circle—back to the universal-health-care-promoting progressive firebrand of 1994. True to her name, Mrs. Clinton will fight this out until the last dog dies. She won’t let a little thing like two stunning defeats stand in the way of her claim to the White House....
The generation of Democrats who have been waiting to take over the party from the Clintons will be fuming that she is back and stealing their show. But they revealed themselves to be bungling amateurs in the Brett Kavanaugh nomination fight, with their laughable Spartacus moments. She will trounce them. Just as Mr. Trump cleared the field, Mrs. Clinton will take down rising Democratic stars like bowling pins. Mike Bloomberg will support her rather than run, and Joe Biden will never be able to take her on.
Don’t pay much attention to the “I won’t run” declarations. Mrs. Clinton knows both Mr. Clinton and Mr. Obama declared they weren’t running, until they ran. She may even skip Iowa and enter the race later, but rest assured that, one way or another, Hillary 4.0 is on the way.

Soros-Tied Hillary Alumni Group Helping to Organize Volunteers for Florida Recount
Demand Justice, an organization founded by former members of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and associated with a “social welfare organization” financed by billionaire activist George Soros, is helping to organize volunteers to aid Senator Bill Nelson’s campaign with the Florida recount.
Demand Justice sent out a blast email asking for “volunteers to help out in a variety of roles in the recount process, including observing at polls, data processing, and logistics organization.”...
Demand Justice was formed just a few months ago and is structured in such a way that it doesn’t have to file annual tax returns. That’s because it’s “fiscally sponsored” by a tax-exempt social welfare organization called the Sixteen Thirty Fund. The Sixteen Thirty Fund files federal tax returns but doesn’t have to disclose the identities of its donors.
A recent Daily Caller investigation found that Soros’s Open Society Policy Center (OSPC) previously donated some $2.2 million to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, the fiscal sponsor for Demand Justice.
Maybe they can rebuild her, given enough fetus blood and stem cell transfusions. Thinking about it, isn’t brain seizures a side effect of such?

If the clock runs long enough and she can, at least declare her candidacy as the clear favorite, we may see a repeat of the DS “protecting” the election system on her behalf.
That, is a “long-shot” speculation.

Mark Penn is possibly writing this blurb for the purpose of warning Democrats to remind themselves that everyone knows the old goose WANTS to run, is deluded, but has access to money, enough to actually DO it. (Soros would be the best bet as the $source.)
Penn seems to be off of the Clinton payroll and off her fan club, currently seen always wearing a wry smile when discussing HRC, in his FOX appearances, as if to imply Hillary is a loony bird.
I just have a feeling this mild, and uncritical article he just penned packs more punch than appearances may reflect. He is signaling that Democrats should probably act accordingly, and do so early and often, if they don’t want this hag to face plant them again, in 2020.
I also hope this musing is accurate.
