I don’t know how many of you may have watched the ceremony in France, but Trump did not shake hands with PM of Canada. Macaroni had a scowl for most of the time.
Putin politely shook hands too, but he also gave DJT a thumbs up, and a pat - Potus gave him a pat back. All sorta friendly. I don’t recall ever seeing Putin give a thumbs up to any world leader before. Respect from Putin I think.
I don't think Putin has ANY respect for weak men or women--particularly those serving as shills for globalists.
