I'm not totally up on the . . . tech . . . if it can be called that--that he was commenting on but I know enough to know that what he said was true.
And, I believe it fits The Book's verses on "according to your faith, so be it unto you." "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he" etc.
Those not thinking through things clearly or poorly informed coult think he was talking about mass meditation etc. in an eastern religion sense--and maybe he thought he was--I don't recall specifically.
HOWEVER, the take-away I got was that the government has realized that POWERFUL JOINT EARNEST PRAYERS ARE INCREDIBLY POWERFUL. And that the numbers of good guys are greater than the bad guys. And the bad guys realize how powerful we are doing such. REALLY POWERFUL "mountain moving" powerful.
There's some sort of overlap in terms of focused meditation but I didn't pay that close attention to that aspect.

[imagine...there are 2/3s of angels for us vs 1/3 demons. HOWEVER, what are the ROE (rules of engagement)? Imagine the angels being like the Beirut Marines, not being able to FIGHT! Not my intention to create a “slide” here, but begging for indulgence this time.
I didn’t see the video, Jocko Manning, but what you describe sounds very interesting.
You can ignore, IMHO, any problems regarding the eastern religions’ concepts of mass meditation etc, because in our Bible, I believe we actually also have a reference to that power you describe in the verse “Wherever two or more are gathered, there am I.”
I’m sure there are more verses which speak of or imply that power of multiplication of the spiritual potential whenever there is agreement in prayer in numbers.
Others who are much more knowledgeable of the relevant Bible verses could perhaps help us out here.
