A dime just dropped. I do not recall who it was being interviewed on one of the Fox News channels, but I saw him twice. He stated that BSnipes WAS HIS WITNESS in some legal proceedings and she spoke of many of the problems we are now witnessing. I kept asking...”WITNESS???” But did not have the context to connect the dots..... your post did so.

They HAVE to have had an agreement with her if she was let loose on the unsuspecting public again,...and it also goes some to explain why Scott did not remove her when he had ought to have.
