Even if they can manage to get 60 in the U S Senate it ain’t going anywhere in the U S House this session. LOL

They can fire Mewler any time, even while the bill is under consideration.
Ex post facto laws are explicity forbidden in the Constitution, as are bills of attainder (the "Censure Plus" the Dems tried to push for Bill Clinton).
