If you want pain, try the 2014 Tour De France, where Mark Cavendish crashed with another rider during a sprint and dislocated his collarbone, and two weeks later, Alberto Contador crashed on wet roads, got up, and biked 20 more kilometers including 10 or so uphill before abandoning the race with a broken *tibia*!
Actually, I have a fairly decent bike and I have been known to do some cycling. But nothing near the level of Tour De France. Just a nice ride once in a while.
